About
Retirement Math publishes free Canadian retirement calculators. The pages are the OAS clawback calculator and the RRIF minimum withdrawal calculator. Vikrant runs the site from Scarborough, Ontario.
This is not a Government of Canada site. The site does not claim a professional designation. The calculators are estimates for education, not advice from a tax adviser or a financial planner.
How the figures are checked
Every number in the OAS clawback calculator comes from a Government of Canada page. The calculator links those pages, and each figure is stored with the page address and the date it was checked.
The check date is the "Rules last verified" line on the calculator. If a government page has not published a final number, the calculator says estimate.
For 2026 income, two government pages give different upper limits. The minimum of $95,323 matches on both. The calculator uses the Canada Revenue Agency page and labels those upper limits as estimates.
canada.ca's full clawback point uses OAS amounts across the year. This calculator also shows its own full clawback line, based on the current quarter's maximum OAS. The two can differ by a few thousand dollars. The result shows the canada.ca number first.
